Writing and Drawing My Way Through Life

Where Nature, Movement, & Reflection Collide

I am a writer, runner, hiker, and environmental thinker whose work blends the natural world with deeply personal reflections. With a passion for ecology and a love for high-elevation running, I explore the connections between the landscapes we move through and the inner landscapes of thought and emotion. My writing embraces poetic cadence, where the rhythms of nature and life come together in stories that pause, reflect, and see the world with fresh eyes. I have also published a variety of single-panel comics and personal comic essays, which offer an additional lens for capturing moments of humor, insight, and humanity. Through words and images, I aim to capture the essence of what it means to live in harmony with nature, movement, and self.

My work has been covered by the Business Insider, Vanity Fair, Wall Street Journal, NY Post, Yahoo News, BuzzFeed News
